1. What Matly is

Matly ("we", "us", "the service") helps you plan the materials for home repairs and improvement projects. We extract scope from documents you upload, generate materials lists, suggest products, and produce project packets. Matly is a planning tool.

2. What Matly is not

Matly does not replace licensed contractors, engineers, electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians, roofers, or inspectors. Matly does not perform work, install products, or guarantee code compliance. Do not rely on Matly for structural, electrical, gas, or safety-critical decisions without a licensed professional.

3. Pricing & product accuracy

Prices, inventory, discounts, and delivery dates shown are estimates and must be confirmed at checkout with the respective retailer. Some items may be non-returnable, tinted, oversized, or special-order.

4. Account & billing

Subscriptions are billed via Stripe. You can cancel any time via the billing portal. Fees paid for one-time cart purchases are non-refundable once the analysis has been generated.

5. Content & ownership

You retain ownership of everything you upload. You grant Matly a limited license to process your content for the purpose of providing the service. We do not sell your data.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Matly's total liability arising out of or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
