• Content you upload — inspection reports, photos, contractor scopes, cart screenshots.
• Project preferences (store choices, reward accounts, ZIP for local pricing).
• Billing metadata via Stripe (we never see your full card number).

How we use it

• To extract scope and produce your materials list and packet.
• To send transactional messages (password resets, export ready, team invites).
• To improve accuracy of extraction and recommendations (aggregated, de-identified).

Third parties

AI processing is performed via OpenAI (GPT-5) and Google (Gemini Vision). Payments through Stripe. Emails through Resend when configured. We do not sell your data.

Your controls

You can delete your projects any time. To delete your account entirely, contact us.
